Job summary

Reed is recruiting a Paraplanner for our Bath-based Wealth Management client. This full-time, hybrid role offers £40,000 with up to 10% bonus and strong progression opportunities.

You will support advisers by compiling research, writing suitability reports, and handling technical queries while ensuring FCA compliance across client files.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and have solid paraplanning and report-writing experience within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning required or in progress.
• Experience supporting financial advisers with financial planning processes and FCA requirements.
• Proficient in producing high-quality suitability reports and performing financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support financial advisers by compiling research and writing suitability reports.
• Ensure client files and reports are accurate and FCA compliant.
• Manage pension, drawdown, and investment reviews and prepare post-meeting letters.
