Qualifications

• GPhC‑registered Pharmacist with oncology experience.
• Ability to screen Oncology SACT prescriptions.
• Experience on oncology wards and in chemotherapy ordering.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical advice and support high-quality patient care.
• Participate in audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding of new patients and develop training materials.
