Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator or PA/EA.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience within the waste services industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the MD with diary management, meeting coordination and general admin.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers and manage incoming enquiries.
  • Oversee the info inbox ensuring responses are timely and professional.
  • Raise quotes, process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the office organised and support the wider team with admin tasks.
  • Streamline processes and help improve office efficiency.
