A well-established Managed Service Provider in Glasgow seeks an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer. This role involves supporting and delivering on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting, project delivery, and technical improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in an MSP environment, strong skills in Windows Server and networking, and a UK driving license. Qualifications

• Experience in an Infrastructure or Systems Engineer role, ideally in an MSP environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and core infrastructure services.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience delivering and supporting LAN, WAN, and wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud estates.
• Provide escalation support across servers, networks, and virtualization.
• Drive technical improvements and contribute to consultancy work.

Skills

Infrastructure or Systems Engineer experience

Windows Server expertise

Linux systems experience

Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)

Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, switching)

LAN, WAN and wireless solutions support

Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge

UK driving licence
