Job summary

Jacobs is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Water & Environment to lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the UK. You will work with clients such as the Environment Agency and local authorities, ensuring collaborative and efficient project delivery under NEC4 ECC frameworks.

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and administering NEC contracts. The position offers flexible working arrangements and comprehensive benefits including up to 10% pension and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering NEC3/4 ECC contracts.
• Strong background in programme management and commercial delivery.
• Experience working with public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as an impartial NEC4 ECC Project Manager and coordinate teams.
• Manage commercial and programme performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Administer NEC3/4 ECC contracts to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate to deliver projects within scope, time, cost, and quality.
