Qualifications

  • Some experience in accurately checking and processing data.
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role.
  • Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and raise follow on remedial work orders.
  • Contact customers to arrange service appointments.
  • Process work orders using SAP and update records.
  • Liaise with internal planners for smooth service delivery.
  • Gather and present information for regulatory standards.
