Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in water resources engineering.
• Experience with Virginia’s Runoff Reduction Method.
• Stormwater Management design experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct watershed studies and develop MS4 Program Plan.
• Design and inspect stormwater infrastructure.

Skills

Design responsibilities and project engineering skills

Knowledge in BMP design for TMDL credits

Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
