A growing advice-led brokerage is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to provide quality advice and client outcomes. You will work with pre-qualified leads and collaborate with a support team in a hybrid work environment located in Warrington. Ideal candidates hold a CeMAP qualification and possess a strong understanding of mortgages and protection products, with a focus on client satisfaction. This role offers a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a regulated advice or office-based role.
• Strong understanding of the client advice process.

Responsibilities

• Work with 2–4 pre-qualified appointments per day.
• Provide compliant advice on mortgages and/or protection products.
• Liaise with support administrators to maintain client experience.
