Linea Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Revit Coordinator in Kent on a permanent basis with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on coordinating MEP services using Revit, delivering 3D models and drawings across commercial and residential projects, with a strong emphasis on BIM coordination and clash detection.

Qualifications

• Experience as Revit Coordinator or BIM Coordinator in building services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and related BIM software.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and MEP designs.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP services using Revit and BIM software.
• Produce and manage accurate 3D MEP models and drawings.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services across disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Work with MEP engineers, designers and project managers.
• Attend design and coordination meetings as required.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards and specifications.
• Assist BIM coordination and model management through the project lifecycle.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across deliverables.
