Job summary

Havas Media Network is seeking a Planning Executive in London to support the Planning Director and Planning Manager with media planning and activation. The role bridges day-to-day planning with specialist capabilities to ensure data-driven thinking enhances media delivery for clients.

We value curious, proactive individuals who will learn quickly, engage with internal and client teams, and contribute to the planning process while developing their industry knowledge in a hybrid London environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with wider team to develop a holistic understanding of what we do, including within Planning Executive community.
• Attend meetings, take notes and share knowledge; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver information in a clear and concise manner tailored to the audience.
• Produce work which is clear, accurate and grammatically correct.
• Manage workload and clearly communicate deadline delivery.
