Job summary

Talent Hub is seeking a Marketing Manager for our Brighton-based team. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Head of Marketing. You will shape strategy across multiple brands, manage a small team, and work hands-on on campaigns, content, emails, and social efforts.

With 6+ years in-house B2C marketing, you will mentor junior marketers, optimize campaigns, and analyse performance to drive growth. A rewarding benefits culture backs a dynamic, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven in-house marketing experience for a B2C audience.
• Proven people management experience with a coaching mindset.
• Hands-on campaign experience across content, email, social, paid search, paid social and display/video.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms listed in the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Help craft and execute marketing strategy across multiple consumer brands.
• Build and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns – hands on, in house.
• Co-manage the team, including mentoring through weekly meetings and quarterly reviews, and coach junior marketers.
• Write, edit and publish website content.
• Create and send email campaigns to existing and potential customers.
• Create social content and engage with customers.
• Run co-op marketing campaigns with partners.
• Analyse performance and produce clear reports.
