Job summary

Hoot Recruit seeks a Marketing Communications Executive in Maidstone to own email campaigns, social media content and cross-channel marketing materials. The role blends digital and offline work with occasional UK travel and hybrid office-based days in Maidstone.

You’ll develop content across emails, websites and collateral, supporting SEO, photography and video tasks, and ensuring brand consistency while collaborating with the Marketing Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience creating both short-form and long-form content.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation.
• Email marketing experience with lead generation understanding.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including creating graphics and basic photo editing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating and distributing customer email campaigns.
