Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing individuals or small teams.
• Strong background in utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA sectors.
• Demonstrable IChemE contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of projects valued between £5m and £20m.
• Take full responsibility for end-to-end commercial management.
• Lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
• Manage contract administration under the IChemE contract.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Drive margin improvement plans.
• Take ownership of monthly reporting.
• Oversee the procurement process.
