Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Management Accountant for a newly created role in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The hybrid position supports operations and senior management by delivering timely management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to drive business decisions.

The successful candidate will be newly qualified or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with exposure to management accounting or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse variances and provide insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop financial models and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts within agreed deadlines.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances against budget and forecast.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and assist with month-end close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts.
• Provide financial insight to support operational decision-making and business partnering.
