Job summary
Your new role is a Management Accountant position based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own management accounts preparation, balance sheet activity, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, with involvement in process improvements.
The role supports a growing services business and offers remote/office hybrid working once settled in. Part-qualified/qualified by ACCA/ACA/CIMA or by experience are welcome, with strong Excel and multiple finance system
Qualifications
- Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or qualified by experience with strong MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of multiple finance systems and processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with meaningful commentary.
- Assist month-end/year-end close and VAT returns.
- Support cash flow forecasting and variance analysis.
- Assist internal/external audits and ad-hoc finance duties.
- Contribute to process/system improvement initiatives.
