Think Legal Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel for a fast-paced, tech-led financial services business in the Manchester area. Hybrid, with either full-time or part-time options, the role sits in a small in-house team and is business-facing from day one.

You will handle commercial contracts, data protection and data sharing, marketing promotions, and regulatory matters, working as a true business partner with early involvement in projects and strategy.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3–9 years PQE.
• Solid experience in commercial contracts, ideally FS, data or marketing exposure.
• Practical, collaborative style and a good team player.

Responsibilities
