Job summary

sees.ai is hiring a Lead Platform & Reliability Engineer to own the cloud infrastructure, deployment processes and reliability tooling for autonomous drone software. You will shape the engineering standards and work across software, integration and operations to scale our fleet deployments.

You will lead cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, monitoring and automation, ensuring reliable, scalable deployments for our growing international operations.

Qualifications

• Strong AWS experience in designing, deploying and operating production environments.
• Experience building and owning automated build, test and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Linux proficiency with Python/Bash, and container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/observability and incident management (Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Improve release management, version control and traceability across cloud systems.
• Build monitoring, observability and automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Develop tooling to support software deployment and updates across autonomous fleet.
• Set technical direction and engineering standards with software, integration and operations teams.
