• A completed education; previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant capacity would be preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, colleagues, vendors and customers.
• Strong organization, planning and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation software required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate all Low Voltage Switchgear enquiries.
• Manage enquiries and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with clients over the phone to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• Assist with sales administrative tasks and other departments to maximise profits.
• Carry out routine follow-ups with clients and support external sales team.
