Job summary

Moonpig Group is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a 3-month fixed-term contract in London. The role is hybrid, requiring 1–2 days per week in the office, and involves creating engaging, on-brand design across digital and print media to support our in-house creative team.

You’ll work with established brand systems, develop your craft, and learn through feedback while delivering high-performing creative for website, CRM, retail and marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Creative enthusiasm with the ability to connect ideas to a brief.
• Open to feedback to develop and improve creative work.
• Able to follow brand guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Proactive, solution-focused approach to creative challenges.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and AI.
• Interest in creating on-brand work supporting customer experience and commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal advertising and campaign banners across channels (own and third-party).
• Create assets and imagery for websites to support trading teams.
• Adapt templates and resize artwork for different platforms.
• Support rollout of printed products and packaging across major retailers.
• Create email designs and customer touchpoints seen by thousands of customers.
• Execute briefs and produce high-quality assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Make revisions and develop work in response to feedback.
• Maintain consistency and quality across the creative output.
