Finimize is hiring a Junior Designer in London (hybrid) to help elevate our brand across social, email, web, events and more. The role sits in the brand team and works directly with the Brand Lead, touching everything with a Finimize logo.

You'll bring a good eye, a portfolio that proves it, and the drive to dive into design across multiple formats, while learning and growing in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing strong typography, hierarchy, layout, and color.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC; After Effects/Premiere is a bonus.
• Experience designing for social and digital channels (internships, freelance, or personal projects).

Responsibilities

• Deliver across brand suite: social, email, web, print, decks, motion.
• Maintain Finimize tone: clear, warm, non-patronising, in-brand across outputs.
• Learn and push visual language while staying brand-guarding.
• Create graphics, illustrations and layouts for newsletters and site assets.
• Assist with building assets using Figma and basic motion tools.
