Job summary

Roland Berger GmbH in London offers an in-person internship of about eight weeks starting July 2027. You will join a professional consultant team, learn on client sites, and travel across locations in the UK and beyond. Hybrid working and travel are expected from day one.

You will be matched with a personal mentor and work across diverse projects, developing data analysis, market research, and strategic modelling skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Penultimate/final year of Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• On track to achieve a 2:1 equivalent in 2027 or 2028.
• Strong analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams on client work with data analysis and research.
• Develop financial or operational models and strategic insights for clients.
• Contribute across multiple projects and industries, gaining broad exposure.
