Job summary

DPD UK is hiring a Pick Up IT and Network Support Administrator to bridge technical operations and admin excellence within our expanding Pick Up network. You will manage lifecycle of network equipment, coordinate multi-site rollouts, and support partner integrations with our CRM system.

The role focuses on inventory control, data reporting, and onboarding new partner locations, working with international teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, scalable delivery services across the UK.

Qualifications

  • Technical aptitude and interest in IT systems, networks, and operations.
  • Advanced data literacy for analysis, trend identification, and report creation.
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems and asset registries.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with partners, finance, and IT desks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee device inventories and track hardware repairs across sites.
  • Coordinate end-to-end partner rollouts and onboarding of new locations.
  • Generate operational performance reports and CRM onboarding documentation.
  • Provide briefing materials and training to internal teams on system changes.
  • Collaborate with locker providers and marketing agencies to balance brand guidelines.
