Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT Infrastructure and Service Operations BAU projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure environments (servers, networks, cloud, platforms).
• Delivery experience across SDLC / PDLC using both agile and waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAU infrastructure change and service improvement projects.
• Manage the BAU change pipeline for accurate forecasting and workload visibility.
• Work with Infrastructure Architects, Product Owners, and Service Owners to scope requirements.
