You will lead internal comms planning, craft clear narratives around engineering and safety priorities, and partner with ET&S leaders to engage colleagues and support Rolls-Royce transformation.

• Plan and deliver the ET&S internal communications strategy and campaigns.
• Draft content translating complex engineering topics into clear stories.
• Identify opportunities across channels to improve colleague understanding of ET&S priorities.
