Responsibilities

• Ensure clear articulation and completeness of documentation.
• Work with various teams to design solutions fulfilling business requirements.
• Assist with testing and defining test cases.
• Run and monitor scheduled processes.
• Integrate logs to ensure there are no errors.
• Raise and assist in triage of incidents related to integrations.
• Analyze data to identify differences.
• Configure Oracle/Zuora for new requirements.
• Understand the operational impact of integrated data failures.
• Share knowledge to support business change and deployment activities.
