Job summary

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking an Information Security Analyst to protect information assets and support ISO/IEC 27001 certification and ongoing security assurance. The role helps demonstrate compliance to customers, regulators and auditors while improving Europa's security maturity.

You will contribute to governance, risk, compliance, and data protection initiatives, ensuring secure operations, contractual compliance, and robust data privacy practices across the business.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of Information Security Analyst background.
• Good understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISMS.
• Experience supporting compliance, audit and assurance activities, including evidence gathering and documentation management.
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, security control frameworks and information security best practices.
• Working knowledge of UK GDPR and information privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS.
• Maintain security policies, standards, procedures and supporting documentation; ensure audit readiness.
• Track corrective actions and non-conformities through to completion.
• Support audits through evidence gathering and coordination.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and control requirements.
• Assist risk assessments and maintenance of information security risk registers.
• Produce compliance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier due diligence and assurance activities.
• Maintain audit artefacts and compliance records.
• Support certification and surveillance audits and customer assurance requests.
• Promote secure working practices and awareness campaigns.
