Service Care Solutions is seeking an Information Governance Officer on a temporary basis in Greater Manchester, with hybrid working. You will log, track and process FOI requests using Civica, ensuring compliance with information governance laws and deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have prior information governance or FOI experience, and be able to support progression of requests from receipt to completion within a local authority team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Governance, FOI processing or related administrative role.
• Experience logging and processing information requests using Civica system.
• Solid understanding of information governance legislation and FOI requirements.

Responsabilités

• Log, record and process information requests using the Civica system.
• Handle and support the processing of FOI requests.
• Assist progression and management of requests from receipt to completion.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is logged and tracked.
• Monitor request progress and support the team in meeting deadlines.
