Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD accounts.
• Manage devices in Microsoft Intune, including deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 services like Teams and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
