Responsibilities

  • Administer and track employee leave of absence and severance cases.
  • Advise employees and managers on program processes and policies.
  • Coordinate case management with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor program trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Conduct cost analysis related to severance.
