Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR shared services, HR administration, and Payroll management.
  • Ability to operate well under pressure and in a high volume, target-driven environment.
  • Working in a GDPR compliant way with confidentiality at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process monthly administration for UK payroll.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
  • Manage HR inquiries and provide policy support.
  • Assist with employee benefits and payroll administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain confidential information.
