Job summary

Panalux, part of the Panavision group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Hayes team. You’ll report to the EMEA HR Director and support HR across UK sites, driving recruitment, employee relations, learning, and performance management.

You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, navigate complex people matters, and drive positive change in a fast-paced creative environment with hybrid work (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and travel to London/South East as needed.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
• 5+ years of professional HR experience in generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and investigations.
• Experience leading recruitment and full employee lifecycle activities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and coach managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to managers and employees across UK sites.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, probation, mobility and offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across UK and Ireland.
• Advise on engagement, performance reviews, development, and change.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with UK law and company policies.
• Support HR projects across EMEA and global initiatives.
• Drive culture, recognition and organisational effectiveness.
• Support training, inductions and leadership programmes.
• Utilise HR data to support planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Finance teams.
• Assist with HRIS implementation and process improvements.
• Deputise for the EMEA HR Director when required.
• Occasional travel to London and South East (20%).
