Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Manager for an international engineering client in Scotland. This permanent role offers career development into a regional/international position. Responsibilities include employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR management and preferably a CIPD qualification. The role allows for flexible hybrid working with 40% remote work.

Qualifications
