Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HR Manager for its international engineering client in Highland region, Scotland. This permanent position offers a flexible hybrid working model and involves overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and implementing HR strategy. The ideal candidate will hold a University degree in Human Resources and a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • CIPD qualification, ideally Level 5 in people management.
  • Strong familiarity with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws.
  • Implement Group HR strategy across North Europe region.
