Job summary

Go Higher West Yorkshire (GHWY) is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Uni Connect Programme. Based on a university campus with hybrid working options, you will drive strategic planning and delivery across 13 HE provider members, representing GHWY in coordination with the University of Leeds.

The role focuses on reducing gaps in higher education participation for underrepresented groups, coordinating a geographically spread delivery team, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to drive a cross-institution outreach programme.
• Experience delivering outreach with diverse regional partnerships.
• Ability to support underrepresented groups to progress into Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Uni Connect Programme delivery and strategy.
• Coordinate with 13 HE provider members and universities.
• Engage stakeholders across West Yorkshire to deliver impact.
• Support sponsorship and visa information as required.
• Promote and enable flexible working arrangements where possible.
