Job summary

You will work closely with the Global Regulatory Lead and cross-functional teams to shape development plans and regulatory interactions.

The role offers hybrid work in London/Stevenage with potential relocation timelines; advanced scientific degrees and oncology regulatory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological, pharmaceutical or healthcare science.
• Proven experience in drug development process, preferably in regulatory affairs and oncology.
• Knowledge of clinical trial and licensing requirements in at least one major regional/global market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clarity and impact.
• Experience working effectively in matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global/regional regulatory strategies for oncology assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory plans with development strategies.
• Support interactions, reviews, and submissions with regional/local regulatory authorities.
• Assess regulatory intelligence and precedents to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with global, regional, and local regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and strategic changes to enhance performance.
