Computershare UK in London/Bristol is seeking a highly capable Governance Services Manager to lead a global team delivering regulatory compliance and corporate governance services.

You will oversee Senior Consultants and Consultants across London and Bristol, maintain top-tier client relationships, and drive high-quality, timely delivery across 120 jurisdictions while supporting sales and client success initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in governance or company secretarial functions.
• Strong client and stakeholder management across senior levels.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key governance clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior Consultants & Consultants across London and Bristol.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resource allocation for client projects and renewals.
• Support sales pitches, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration to improve offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and technology developments.
