Job summary

Fiskars Group seeks a Director, Global 3PM Sourcing to shape our global third‑party manufacturing strategy for Fiskars Garden and Creative products. You will lead a high‑performing team across Europe, the US and China, partnering with Brand, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to build a resilient supplier network.

You will drive cost optimization, supplier diversity, and sustainable sourcing while influencing long‑term business strategy and Make‑or‑Buy decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• 3+ years of people leadership across multiple countries or regions.
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and global supply chains.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with third-party manufacturers and global supplier networks; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead global third-party manufacturing strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Build and lead a global sourcing organization across regions (Europe, US, China).
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance reviews.
• Drive cost optimization, value creation, and risk management across the network.
• Lead Make-or-Buy decisions and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Advance sustainability, ethics, and compliance in sourcing activities.
