Job summary

Car Benefit Solutions is seeking a Funding Associate to join the Treasury Team, handling in-life funding processes from drawdown to settlement across our funders. The role focuses on managing cashflow, reconciliations and funder communications to keep funding on track.

Based in Manchester with hybrid working and 35-hour weeks, the package offers £24,000–£26,000 per year, a supportive environment and opportunities to develop in finance and treasury.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSEs at grade 6/B or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, prepare and send drawdown schedules in line with Treasury requirements.
• Request and monitor utilisation of funder facilities as schemes grow.
• Process daily & weekly settlements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to general queries including clearance requests.
• Reconcile ledgers for funding partners and investigate aged items.
• Assist with funder audits as required.
• Maintain system data and support month-end closure.
