Job summary

London CIV is seeking a Fund Accounting Team Assistant to support high-quality financial reporting and fund administration across Private Markets. Reporting to the Head of Private Market Fund Accounting, you will work with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.

This full-time, hybrid role offers hands-on experience in fund accounting within a regulated asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, analytical and numerical skills.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work well in a matrix team structure.
• Knowledge of financial services and fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Private Markets Fund Accounting team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, governance and reporting.
• Assist with reporting, including risk and controls documentation.
• Review investor reports and supporting checklists.
• Maintain trackers and calendars for subscriptions, redemptions, and actions.
• Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML documentation.
• Liaise with governance and external partners for quarterly meetings.
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain external relationships.
