Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an authorised Financial Planner servicing private clients.
• Proven ability to model cash-flow and deliver holistic lifestyle planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year client transitions and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face review meetings with established private clients in the Tonbridge office.
• Deliver holistic financial planning using cash-flow modelling and lifestyle planning tools.
• Collaborate with the founder during client transitions to ensure seamless handover.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and new advice needs across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate advice records and liaise with admin support to progress cases.
