Job summary

Cameo Consultancy in Oxfordshire is seeking a Level 4 qualified Financial Planner to join our employee-owned business. This hybrid role offers two days in the office, a 35-hour week, and a steady stream of client leads to develop your career.

You'll deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and retirement, build trusted client relationships, and work closely with colleagues to stay at the forefront of the field.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
• Experience in financial planning or advice; applications welcome from developing and established planners.
• A sound understanding of pensions, investments and financial protection.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• A thoughtful, professional and client-focused approach, with an appetite to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted, lasting relationships with clients and understanding their financial goals.
• Providing personalised financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement.
• Reviewing clients' circumstances and financial plans, making suitable recommendations.
• Managing and developing client relationships, with leads provided by the business.
• Contributing to networking and referral opportunities as you establish yourself.
• Working closely with colleagues and keeping your professional knowledge up to date.
