Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house finance role, ideally within a B2B or tech-led SME.
• Experience leading or developing small finance teams.
• Calm, organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations and ensure robust financial controls.
• Produce monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow modeling.
• Support pricing, deal structures, and contract reviews.
• Manage and mentor a small finance team.
