Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Facilities Management is desirable.

  • Strong Excel skills essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Management Accounts Pack with commentary.
  • Lead finance team and ensure robust controls.
  • Control site profitability with area managers.
  • Prepare annual audit and support accounts production.
  • Migrate recently acquired entity from Xero to Dynamics 365.
  • Finalise UK corporation tax returns.
  • Facilitate annual budget production.
  • Support and mentor a team.
