Intersnack IT KG is seeking a senior leader to own the Finance application landscape. You will lead design, delivery, and operations for ERP-enabled processes across multi-entity finance functions and act as embedded solution architect within IT and Finance teams.

You will manage external partners, drive improvements, and align with enterprise architecture while fostering digital transformation and data integrity in a global FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in IT-related business processes, incl. ERP and Finance.
• Senior owner for Finance applications with end-to-end accountability.
• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Planning & Analytics.
• Proven ability to manage third-party IT services and external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English; German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the change management and ongoing support of Finance applications across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, A/R, Financial Controlling, and Planning & Analytics.
• Oversee the full solution delivery lifecycle for the Finance domain.
• Translate financial process requirements into actionable, high-quality application solutions.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and Application Specialists, ensuring priorities and workload management.
• Build relationships with Finance stakeholders, group process owners, and external suppliers.
• Manage 3rd-line support for Finance applications and external providers.
• Design and support training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
• Align Finance solutions with strategic goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
