This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working with a competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum. Ideal candidates enjoy working with numbers, have a keen eye for accuracy and are eager to learn and develop within a growing organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Previous finance or accounts experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A methodical and organised approach to work.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
• Strong focus on accuracy.
• Dependable with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Experience using finance or business systems would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling supplier statements.
• Assisting with supplier payment runs.
• Responding to and resolving supplier queries.
• Supporting a variety of day-to-day finance activities.
• Processing and reconciling financial transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Working with colleagues across the business to resolve queries.
• Providing support to the wider finance team during periods of annual leave and absence.
• Helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy finance department.
• Taking on additional finance duties as required.
