Qualifications

• Role model for Health & Safety with knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
• Up to date with building legislation and design codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade design team and early-stage design development.
• Create building elevation facade drawings and installation drawings.
• Coordinate project specification and tender documentation.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies

Team leadership skills

Computer-literate in AutoCAD 2D and Revit

Proven track record delivering façade projects

Education

Architectural Technician qualification
