Job summary

Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking an Estimator to join the @one Alliance, based in Peterborough with hybrid working options. You will help prepare cost estimates across water and infrastructure projects, support project teams, and contribute to continuous improvement within the alliance.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and experience in construction-related sectors. You will work with estimating software, collaborate with suppliers, and support cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or similar sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAPEX estimates from optioning to detailed design.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to quantify project scope.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for cost information.
• Develop cost models and use digital tools including 3D models.
