Job summary

Martis Search is seeking an International Equity Trade Support & Settlements Analyst in a boutique City of London setting. The role covers trade bookings, settlements, reconciliations and project work within a small team, with mentorship from the Senior Operations Manager and opportunities to advance to Operations Manager.

The position supports multi-asset classes, including Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income and Metals, and offers a hybrid working arrangement for home and office presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an Equity Middle Office, or Equity Settlements role.
• Understanding of post-trade life cycle from completion to settlement.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload in a small team.
• Good teamwork and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Trade bookings and inputting client details.
• Liaising with clients and custodians for matching and settlement.
• Tracking fails and financing costs.
• Reconciliations between internal and external systems.
• P&L reporting to sales traders.
• Month end processes.
