South West Water, Exeter, hybrid role, seeks a highly organised Permitting Co-ordinator to deliver environmental and water quality projects. You will coordinate permitting from concept to completion, ensuring regulatory requirements and project timescales align, working closely with Engineering Project Managers, environmental specialists and the Environment Agency.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled in stakeholder management with strong MS

Qualificações

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating environmental permitting activities for engineering and capital projects.
• Gathering and managing site information to support permit updates and applications.
• Acting as a key contact between project teams and the Environment Agency.
• Monitoring permit applications and identifying risks to project delivery.
• Tracking progress and reporting on water quality projects within the WINEP programme.
• Maintaining accurate permit records and project trackers.
