• Significant experience in enterprise software engineering/architecture.
• Proven track record leading multi-geography, multi-vendor technical collaborations.
• Deep understanding of cloud SaaS architectures and insurance/health-tech domains.
• Hands-on technical credibility with executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable expertise in appropriate tools/technologies for application development.
• Health insurance systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Connect Vitality Asia and Amplify Health with technology expertise and innovation.
• Manage structured transfer of code services from Discovery / Vitality UK to Amplify Health.
• Lead technical framing and joint development initiatives.
• Champion the Vitality Technical Platform for health assets.
• Promote adoption of VTP for wellness and health solutions.
